レポートは、決済後に自動で生成されるデジタル商品です。そのため、生成・送付後の返金は原則としてお受けしていません。ただし、次の場合は全額を返金します。
返金をご希望の場合は、購入から 14 日以内に、注文番号（case ID）を添えて上記の連絡先までご連絡ください。返金は、決済に使われたクレジットカードへ行います。
Reports are generated automatically after payment, so refunds after generation and delivery are generally not available. A full refund is issued in the following cases:
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us with your case ID. Refunds go to the card used for payment.
当社は、ご入力いただいたウォレットアドレス、被害の概要、メールアドレス、決済情報を、レポートの生成と納品、お問い合わせへの対応、法令上の義務の履行のためにのみ利用します。決済情報は決済代行事業者が処理し、当社はカード番号を保持しません。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者には提供しません。解析には、公開ブロックチェーンデータの提供事業者（Etherscan など）の API を利用します。その際に送信するのはウォレットアドレスだけで、お客様の個人情報は送信しません。アカウントをご利用の場合は、ログインに使うメールアドレスと、所有を確認したドメインを保存します（パスワードは保存しません）。ドメインの診断結果と資産マップは、確認済みのドメインについてのみ、確認した方本人にだけ表示します。データの開示・訂正・削除のご請求は、上記の連絡先までお願いします。
We use the wallet addresses, incident summary, e-mail address and payment information you provide (payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers) solely to generate and deliver the report, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law. Analysis uses public blockchain data providers such as Etherscan; only wallet addresses are sent to them, never your personal information. If you use an account, we store the e-mail address you sign in with and the domains you have verified (never a password). Domain reports and asset maps are shown only for verified domains, and only to that account. Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
